Custom embroidered hats in Canada
Caps Canada embroiders caps to order from our Gatineau, Quebec workshop. You pick the blank, the colour and the placements; we digitize your artwork or lettering and stitch it before the cap ships. Everything is priced in Canadian dollars, with no cross-border duties or surprise conversion fees.
How ordering works
Every cap on the site can be personalized. Choose your style, colour and size, then add the embroidery placements you want on the product page or in the Cap Maker.
- Pick a blank cap from Canadian stock
- Add your text, logo or one of our designs
- Choose placements: front, left side, right side, back or all-around
- We send a stitch-out approval before production on custom artwork
What embroidery costs
Front embroidery is included in the cap price. Left side, right side and back placements are $10 CAD each, and a custom logo or original design is $20 CAD.
There is no minimum order — one cap is a real order here.
Shipping across Canada
Flat-rate tracked shipping is $16.95 CAD per order, plus $2 for each additional cap. Express service is available for $15 more. We ship within Canada only.

- Can I order just one custom hat?
- Yes. There is no minimum order at Caps Canada — single custom caps are stitched to order the same way as a bulk run.
- Can you embroider my own logo?
- Yes. Upload up to four artwork files in any common image format. A custom logo or original design is $20 CAD, and we send a preview for your approval before stitching.
- How long does a custom cap take?
- Most custom caps are digitized, embroidered and handed to the carrier within one to three business days, then tracked shipping time on top.
