Express service
Add $15.00 CAD at checkout for expedited delivery.
Canada only
We currently ship within Canada only. All prices are in CAD.
Production time
Custom embroidery is stitched to order, usually within 3–5 business days before shipping.
Returns
Personalized items are made just for you and cannot be returned unless there is a defect or an error on our side. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.
