Embroidered Caps: Precision, Quality and Custom Detail

From your image file to the last stitch: what digitizing is, why we approve artwork with you first, and what $20 of custom design work buys.

It starts with your artwork

You send us a logo, a drawing, or even a photo — up to four images with your order. Before anything is stitched, we prepare a preview and ask for your approval. That approval step is the whole secret: you see exactly what will land on the cap before we thread a needle.

Digitizing: turning pixels into stitches

Embroidery machines do not read images — they read stitch maps. Digitizing converts your artwork into thousands of planned stitches: direction, density, underlay, and thread colours. A clean digitize is the difference between a logo that looks sharp for years and one that puckers after the first wash.

What the custom design fee covers

The $20 CAD custom design fee covers the digitizing work, a thread colourway of your choice, and placement on the front, back, left side, or right side of the cap. Additional placements are $10 CAD each, so a front-plus-back build is completely transparent in price before you order.

  • Custom logo or design: $20 CAD
  • Left side, right side, or back placement: $10 CAD each
  • Front placement options included with the base design
  • Image approval before stitching — always

How long it takes

Once you approve the artwork, stitching typically adds only a couple of days before your order ships tracked anywhere in Canada. Good embroidery is fast when the approval step is respected — which is exactly why we never skip it.
